ST. PATRICK'S DAY AND SPRING CHALLENGE:
Starting FEBRUARY 19
Wednesday- 2 miles
Saturday- Personal Choice workout
Sunday- Day off or makeup day or Personal Choice workout
Monday- 4 miles
Tuesday- 3 miles
EVERY DAY YOU PLANK
Week 1: Wed. thru Sun. 10 sec. PLANK Mon. & Tues.
15 second PLANK
WEEK 2: 15-20 sec. PLANKS
WEEK 3: 25-30 sec. PLANK
WEEK 4: 3-4 miles every day & 45 sec. PLANKS
PLEASE TAKE 1 DAY OFF EVERY WEEK.
YOUR PERSONAL WORKOUT DAY IS JUST THAT CHOOSE ANYTHING YOU WANT AS LONG AS IT IS 30 MINUTES.
