Blogging for the New Year

After joining Weight Watchers and failing to lose weight, I decided to come back here. I am taking a Lifetime Behavior Change class as part of my new major in Public Health. In my class they talked about eating a plant based diet to live longer. Consquently, I thought this was God's way of comfirming to me that I was on the right track. You see, I decided to do a Daniel fast found in Daniel chapter 2 as a way to stay my New Year. As a result, my A1C fail under 5.7 and my cholestrol is 175 with lentils. I have modified to the diet a little. I am going to allow myself to have meat once a day at dinner but I would be glad if someone else would share what they think about this.
