Day 1: Two-day streak! W00t!

First, thank you to everyone who takes time to read and comment on any of my posts. For some reason, I'm not receiving email notification of comments like I used to. Please know I read each one and am grateful for your support.

In reply to Gypsygoth's wish I will soon experience my "Day Two," let me just say there is no "Day Two." Every day is a new day, a clean slate, a chance to get back on track and live life to the fullest. In my world, every day is "Day One."

That said, today marks Day Two of tracking -- and exercising! My post title is a bit misleading because I do not have a two-day workout streak going. I missed out on exercise yesterday. But I have been tracking food for two straight days, and I did exercise today after having exercised on Saturday. Not too shabby.

On top of that, I had a difficult day today so I am even more proud that I did not turn to food for comfort and even was able to take a short walk to blow off some steam.

Tomorrow will be another long, tiring day. I'm going to do my best to hang in there and just keep logging...
