BL #21 Goals

So much going on, so little time! This week I continued along with my two dietbets (one 4 week and one 6 month) and my "Lose it to Win it Challenge" on my +300lb SparkTeam, and I started the #21 Biggest Loser Challenge! As a part of this challenge for Week 1, I need to post some goals for this challenge.
1. My biggest goal of this challenge is to FINISH! I have quit a couple of these in the past, and I'm really working on not quitting! Not just in this challenge, but quitting on my goal to live a healthier life in general.
2. My second goal is to maintain my exercise habit that I have started. I really want to increase the intensity as well, but as long as I continue exercising 5-6 days/week, I will be VERY happy
3. I want to speak more kindly to myself. I have some major self-worth and negative internal dialog issues, and I hope that through all of these challenges, I can continue to get healthy, and it turn, prove to myself that I am STRONG and CAPABLE of doing anything I set my mind to!
I'm looking forward to getting to know all of my other BLC #21 participants in the coming weeks!
