Still on track!

I've had good days and bad days, like last week when my knees started killing me out of the blue and had me almost crippled for days. Someone reminded me that the weather had changed; warmer, moister air had arrived, I need to watch out for that! But, overall I'm on track. I even had Chinese food (yes even the noodles!) and ice cream yesterday and lost 1/2 lb. Difference: I watched my portions and kept them reasonable. Plus, I don't intend to eat like that every day. I'm also finding this principle very helpful; Eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess and supper like a pauper.
