AS you may have seen in the last blog the plan was to go out for dinner with the kids ( date night) on Valentine's day.
My test was supposed to be the restaurant! Just before we were ready to leave for the restaurant my son came down with a fever and headache, so I whipped up dinner at home.
I took my son to the walk-in clinicon Sat morning and it turns out he has strep throat.
We will postpone our dates until he is well.
On Friday I tried Timbale for the first time!

That was Friday's lunch
on Sat morning I was down 0.8 lbs, down a total of 8 pounds in 15 days.
On Saturday with sitting in the walk in clinic for 2 hours my water intake was all over the place!
I had the pumpkin chia pudding for breakfast, then Left over Timbale for lunch with a salad on the side.
Potato chips ( 1oz) salt free for snack and I had a VERY LARGE caramel latte from Starbucks! ( yeah I know! I needed it!)
Had a couple too many pieces for Red Velvet CHOCOLATE and for dinner we had chicken and veggies.
This morning I was up around 0.1 pound.
Not unexpected. I had too much latte and chocolate!
Today is another friendly day! I am doing day 14. ( it is the 16th day I have been on The Plan)
Breakfast was the last of the pumpkin chia pudding.
Lunch was chopped salad and carrot soup!
I suppose the pics are getting rather repetitive! Sorry!
Since tomorrow is a holiday here in Canada I am going grocery shopping now to get another protein! NOT CHICKEN! Would like a break from it for a night I think!
My son is feeling much better today, back to his chatty self! Still headaches but he is ok.
Much improved from yesterday!
I have to say my biggest challenge is chugging the water first thing! I would rather go straight to my cup of coffee! LOL
I am hanging in there!
I am 2.5 pounds away from my first goal which is to get back into my healthy BMI range!
