Biggest Loser Challenge Goals

I am so ready for this challenge to start. This past week was tough for me. I had dinner out one night and friends over another night so it was hard for me to stay on track. I have been thinking about my goals for this challenge all day. Here's what I've come up with:
1. Stick to my meal plan for the week
2. Sleep at least 7 hours each night
3. Run a 5k
4. Reward myself when deserved
I will give details on the background of my goals.
