I have recently been working on a writing project. Unfortunately, I got stuck because I couldn't figure out how to end it. IUHRYTER gave me some really good advice and my story has taken a new turn. I spend a lot of time writing because I just like to write. The problem is that I don't finish many of my projects because I get stuck on the ending.

I am kind of in that spot with losing weight right now. I have kind of stalled. I want to see it through to the end, but I feel as though I am losing ground. I have lost enough to know that I can do it, but I need the persistence to carry through.

What do you do to keep yourself on track with your weight plan?

    I like your page's background. I choose the path to a memorable life. emoticon Good going on your story. As for weight loss, I think sometimes we need a break, maybe our bodies are telling us to slow down a bit and regroup. Not a plateau, just a period of catching our breath in order to make our next charge toward our goal. One question to ask ourselves: am I happy with how I feel and look with my extra weight? If not, then what are we going to do about it? Stay the course and remain miserable or take steps toward losing a pound at a time, then another, and another? emoticon -- Lou
