This is the second time in eight days that I woke up covered in sweat and unable to fall back asleep. I did try, but after changing my pjs, and heading back to bed, all I did was toss and turn. At 2 am, I gave up and got up for the day. Our normal wake up time is 4 am, so I did get some sleep. The bad thing about not getting the proper amount of sleep is my brain is definitely not firing on all cylinders.
For instance, before we left for our morning walk I looked all over but could not find my Activity Tracker, so I used the RunKeeper app on my phone instead. After walking, I found the Spark Tracker right on my desk where I left it. I hope that things go better for the rest of the day.
