This never ending winter is still going. The storm Atlanta is getting is heading up here to the northeast, but it will be all snow though. We are cold enough for that both up in the atmosphere, and down below. We were sure cold enough today. Tomorrow we get all snow from that storm, and I'm glad it's not ice, I hate ice.

I slept well Tuesday night, and last night. Guess it just was one of those nights. Got up this morning and went shopping with my brother. He likes to go early. We also brought some bottles back.

The last couple of days I haven't done much in the way of my goals. I didn't go over the 2000 mark eaither though. I did get out for a walk yestarday and today. As far as the rest of the goals were concern, I think the tv won out.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my caloire range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

Hope it isn't too bad for you up here. We got 16 inches here. Based on the snowfall amounts we keep hearing about, I'm surprised there's any snow left in that storm!

This has been a long winter for most of the country!

TV can be evil. I like to walk in place during the commercials of DH's shows but they are so long I get worn out.
I have a bad habit for this winter, I shout over the blaring commercials MUTE MUTE! He is learning.

Good for you to be out of it this time! We're supposed to get 12-14 inches of new snow tonight and tomorrow...very "interesting" winter. :)

I'm so curious - what do you write?
