Yup! I own a bunch of different hoops of all sizes and weights lol Yourhoop.com has cheap hoops if you don't go all fancy for design. It took me about 2 weeks to get the hang of it but now I can do it without thinking. I just throw on my exercise mix and mainly waist hoop in my cleared out living room for cardio for 15 to 20 mins lol but I can also do a few basic tricks now :-) 1588 days ago
