Day 2 - Half-marathon training

Day 2 of the No Meat Athlete half-marathon training program consisted of running two miles. I can remember when running two miles was a huge accomplishment for me; now it's my "easy" run!
It is a chore running two miles on the treadmill, however. I cannot wait until the weather improves and I can take my runs outdoors again. It's already mid-February, and I noticed last night as I looked out the window while running on the treadmill that it was still light outside, when only a few short weeks ago, it would have been dark. Spring is just around the corner; I just have to hang in there for a few more weeks!
