I didn't get any sleep last night. I tossed and turned, and was up and down all night long. I just could 't not off. I was up and down reading, playing computer games, or taking a bath. I tried everything. Finally at 5 am I fell asleep but was back up at 8:30. Tonight I'm already nodding off, and thinking about bed. Hopefully I sleep.

Got some swimming done today, and ran quite a few errands. I was out in the fresh air most of the day so that should put me under. Got all my goals done today and yestarday.

Last week I did pretty well, although I only exercise 4 of the 7 days. I only went above the 2000 mark once though.,

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my caloire range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark 6 of the 7 days

My goals for tomorrow are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
