Working out doesn't have to be boring!

Yesterday my husband and I went dog sledding for the very first time with experienced mushers! I sat in the basket for part of the ride, but the other part I was doing the driving! It's actually more of a workout than you think. While sledding you have to shift your weight back and forth to keep the sled going in one direction. Then if you get too far one way, then you have to go into a deep lunge on the opposite side you are heading towards.

It was so much fun it didn't feel like I was working out, until this morning. I feel all the muscles I was working yesterday and they are telling me they worked harder than usual.

Working out doesn't always mean you have to go to the gym and workout for hours. You can find things you love or things you've never done before and it will still be working out!
