Goals: Reflection & Going Forward

This is my blog about how I did in January and what my plans/goals are for February.

January was simply put, a complete failure. I'm not down on myself, just being factual. To quote an old nursery rhyme, "He ate and he ate and he ate some more. He ate 6 cows and 20 sheep and chickens by the score.." I have just been in a diet funk, so to speak. Not only did I gain weight, instead of losing, my fitness fell to pieces and I didn't drink much water and didn't do too good on my freggies either. Enough said!!!

February has been full of changes for me. I'm going to have to break through this diet fog I'm in, for one thing. I bought a new book and have been reading it. It's called, The No-Excuses Diet by Jonathan Roche. I just started today, so I can't say how it will help or not, but it is a start.

For my goals, I'm going to start out real slow because everything has so fallen out of proportion.
Water - 6 cups a day
Freggies - 3 a day
Walking/Cardio - 15 minutes a day/5 days a week

That's all I'm going to shoot for right now...as I progress each week, I will up the ante!!!

Wish me motivation and stick-to-it-ness! lol
