Seeing results on the scale!

So tomorrow will mark week 3 of the Atkins Diet for me. My mom and I started on Jan. 19, 2014 with the diet. The first 2 weeks of induction were hard. I was learning to read labels and try new things. I lost a good bit of weight that first week.
The second week got a little easier, I had a plan and knew what I was eating. I didn't lose as much the 2nd week but did continue to lose.
At the beginning of week 3 I became board with the food. I'm really not enjoying eggs anymore. This week has also been stressful, so that may have been why it was harder. I also added in some exercises from one of the Spark Team Challenges. They're not much but they're something.
I weighted this morning and when I looked back over the last 3 weeks and did the numbers I've lost a total of 11lbs!!!! That makes me so happy. I don't really see it anywhere else but at least I'm going in the right direction. I know results will follow soon, just have to keep pushing forward.
It makes me so happy that I'm now in the lower 220's. I've been in the 260-230 for so long that just seeing 224 makes me smile and gives me a little more of a push to push harder.
So here's the breakdown of weight:
Jan. 19th - 235
Jan. 21 -232.5
Jan. 22 - 231.7
Jan. 28 -229.7
Jan. 29 - 228
Feb. 2 -227.5
Feb 5 - 226.9
Feb 8th - 224.0
My goal is by Feb. 14th to be at 220lb or less. Wouldn't that be a wonderful Valentine's Day gift to myself? :) If I reach it then I will reward my self with going to get a pedicure that weekend while the kids are with their daddy.
