Don't all those goody-goodies who tell you that life is "how you take it" make you want to scream?!
Me too, but let's have patience with them.
Life's not about how you take it, it's about the glory of living deliberately and crafting circumstances, magnetizing players and forging alliances, leveraging the Universe and engaging the magic so that you can have the sun, the moon, and the stars.
I like the statement that "Life's not about how you take it, it's about the glory of living deliberately and crafting circumstances..."
The past week has been some of the most fun, creatively stimulating, educational, time spent doing what I love; learning new skills, shopping for new gems and stones, spending time with my husband and grandson as well as the opportunity to interact with people from diverse cultures.
Yesterday, my husband and I took a break from Gem Show shopping and classes and took my almost 4 year old grandson to the 22sd Street Gem Show and gave him an introduction to fossils. This venue was just the right size for Aiden. It had plenty of great displays, but not so much as to over whelm him. He had a blast and the vendors were so nice! They took the time to explain what the life form was and in some cases we were able to purchase very inexpensive fossils to start his collection. Aiden was fascinated to see the bone of a very real dinosaur vs.
the characters he sees on the cartoon Dinosaur Train.
I am a proud"Wanna Be" I know what I want and will work to make them happen: I want to be able to craft fine jewelry, I want to be able to cut stones, I want to take my business to the next level, I want to be healthy and I want my weight to be in the proper proportion to my height. It is a matter of taking the time to learn, to exercise and follow my plan - no matter how long it takes or what road blocks get in my way. Even when those road blocks are self made.
