Superbowl Sunday went ok for me. I went to my 90 minute beginner Yoga class and had a great session. Since I didn't have any parties to go to, I was able to finally convince myself to go healthy grocery shopping. I did eat ice cream, which wasn't great but hopefully wasn't as bad as snacking for hours while my team lost horribly if I had gone to a party.

Not drinking a whole lot Sunday night also meant that I was able to get up just fine for Monday's boot camp. It was a good class. We're starting a Burpee Challenge for February. (January was squats) I like these challenges because they give me something to focus on for the month.

I made a healthy egg bake last night to be portioned into breakfast for the rest of the week. I included eggs, black beans, sweet potato, diced tomatoes, green chilis and a little cheddar cheese. It was very tasty and filling this morning and easy to throw together last night. Plus, I have practically a whole serving of veggies already today! Next time I will throw in some spinach. I would love to get back to making smoothies again, I just need to convince myself they are worth the money (uh, hello, two cups of fruit to start my day? totally worth it! listen up brain) Tonight's plan is to run 6 miles after work and make a pork tenderloin for dinner. Should be easy since the weather is awful today and I won't be tempted to do anything else! (Just please don't zap my motivation!)

I am glad you are finding a work out class you enjoy. I haven't found a work out I enjoy yet. still have to explore more. being in the country there is not a lot of choices on what you can do.
