It's already February ?!

My the time really does fly by! and each day is so full!
That's why there's no room for procrastination or backstepping. I always have to remind myself. It';s just so hard when something is so tempting to say....well there's time in the future for me to 'stay on plan'....this 'little bite won't hurt'. I've done quite well, not perfect mind you but I've done well. My goal on the 50+ challenge is to lose 1# per week....Well I lost 3 pounds in JAN....YEAH.... I also know I can put those pounds back on in a day.....NO I REFUSE TO LET THAT HAPPEN. Please help me remain accountable.

My inner voice defeats me sometimes..... ' oh see, you think you've lost this weight....not so fast...you'll put it back on in no time'.....

I have to concentrate on squelching that inner negative voice. I am learning to replace it with positive thoughts and words. It's not easy...it is such a bad habit!

My goal for FEB is to lose another 4 pounds...there I said it out loud. Now I must remain accountable...and I need your help!

I keep thinking about that 'AFTER PICTURE' on my wedding day 6 SEP 2014!
