Good morning to all my Spark Friends
As you all might have noticed I have been somewhat absent, here is why.
The month of December was challenging for me in many ways, as is for most of us, how you recover is the key to maintain your healthy lifestyle. The mistake I made were several: short myself in the fitness area, eat sweets and other foods not so healthy, not drinking enough water, stay motivated with my progress and instead allowed myself to get depress as result of all these I suffer a set back, is Ok because the most important thing was to learn from the mistakes I made.
Here are the results of my actions I gained weight I went up to 185 Lbs. I lost strength I felt sluggish and tire all the time but more concerning my blood pressure started to climb, in the last two weeks I have felt pressure in my chest and as my mind started to get while the more pain I felt. It took me most of January to get back in the eating and living healthy but I'm in the road to recovery.
Yesterday I went to the doctor, after seeing the records I keep on my health, she told me the blood pressure is not high enough to even worry or get in medications. They ran a EKG and the results were excellent, my heart is healthy. I going to have a full blood work to check for the other hidden numbers.

I thank all my Spark Friends for the support I receive from you. I'm sorry when I get in a rut I don't communicate as much, but this is another thing I'm working on getting better this year.
I have to resume my virtual trip to California.....at the pace I have been going I will never get there....LOL!!!! I have to up my fitness minutes again and I have to do strength training to keep myself healthy.
Forward and take the journey of getting healthy the rest will come as a blessing.
