Starting Over

Trying not to get too depressed by my past progress. Yes, I am farther from my goal than I was a few years ago, but those are the breaks when you eat random crap and ignore your body's request to get some exercise. Looking ahead.

Deep cleansing breath.

Positive thoughts.

200lbs, here I come.
