Hip Hop Abs Day 8

Started Week 2 of Hip Hop Abs today! Today, I did the Fat Burning Cardio.

Starting weight for this week is 196.4. This means I lost a little over a pound after week 1. I should be happy about this but I kept thinking about how many extra calories I ate when I went out on Thursday and Sunday and that I could have lost more emoticon .
But I've been so motivated to eat right this week that last night, I made a quinoa and mushroom pilaf to take with me to lunch the rest of the week.
Also, since starting to take my weightless seriously since early January, I've lost an inch of my waist emoticon . I'm hoping to get into my pants from last year that don't fit anymore real soon lol.

Anyway, I have to head to campus now. I'll probably update tomorrow. emoticon

    Good job! I think we all feel that if we did more of this, and less of that we could have lost more than what the scale reads. However, I think that we all know that weight loss is a journey and as long as we stick with hit, we will get the end results that we want.

    Awesome job! I want to get Hip Hop Abs but was wondering if it'd work or be too hard. I guess I at least know that it works now! lol Thank you!
