work out dvd

Monday, February 03, 2014

I had ordered a workout dvd it was a walking dvd and im sure you've seen it around .

As a kid I had watched my mom do her walking video and couldnt see how it was a workout.

Last night was day 2 and I did miles 1 and 2 emoticon Its like a mile in 12 mins , supposedly . I wonder how they calculate that .

To my surprise I was sweating and feeling pain in parts of my body that I was not aware of . Crazy emoticon

Its a walking dvd yet I felt like it was jazzercise. Either way I had fun and I wasnt bored . This was a good buy and I am curious to strap on my HRM and see how much calories it burns BUT I am staying away from it .

I dont wanna kill my vibe by focusing on those darn numbers.

Have you ever really watched your workout dvd. Those ppl who just got WAY TOO MUCH ENERGY . There is this one girl in the video that was just so "awesome" i totally felt like I was a slow cookie . I'm glad she's there though bc I was trying to keep up with her lol

The weather in hawaii right now is rain and I remember before when I would walk out side that I would get frustrated with my walk getting cancelled and then yes I did get a treadmill and well thats boring too ! i know i am never satisfied but I am thrilled I picked this dvd up . Now I can seriously change up my walking routine and not be bored .

Its monday for all - I hope everybody has a great week . Today is my friday and I am excited.

Planning on working out after work and just resting .

Tues - workout in the morning and i have serious cleaning to do and the laundry needs to be done . oddly i love house work is very relaxing to me .

Wed-workout again and then if the weather fairy feels like it I need to wash my car . it needs a bath badly but if the weather wont let me ill just wash it anyways bc my windows are super dirty ugh sad car.

Oh I am planning on going to disneyland in oct to visit my nieces , if you have any tips on planning a disneyland trip please share with me . this will be my very first time .

thanks for reading

Disneyland is the BEST. Truly is the happiest place on earth - you'll see.
My first tip is - if you are staying in a hotel, look into staying at one of the D-Land hotels, on site. They are all nice. You save a lot of time, can enter the park early and sometimes there are good deals... they are still more expensive though. We used to go to Paradise Pier... one of the cheaper ones.

Start looking into (online) finding someone who has a partial pass to buy. Like they bought a 5 day pass but are only using it for 3 or 4 days. You buy it for the last day or 2 and save $$ that way...
Map out your day or days, so you don't miss the things you want to do. SO MANY good rides. Also, depending on the night, there are fireworks, parades, etc. If your nieces are little, they'll want to see the parade, etc. I recently saw an app you can buy for a bit of money to help you plan. Let me know if you want me to track it down for you. Can't remember what it was called but I told myself that if/when I go again, I will use it! Don't forget California Adventure. The Soaring Over California ride is great. The roller coasters on that side are awesome, too.
Lastly, expect long days - you want to track your steps - you'll be pleased. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Oct can be chilly - depends (as you probably know - since you grew up in California) So wear layers. Don't forget to plan for the possibility you'll get wet if you do water rides. And everything is expensive, so just prepare for that so you can have fun and not be shocked by the prices.
Have fun!! Take lots of pics!
