Yeah!! I lost my goal of 5 pounds in January!! If I can loose 5 pounds a month for the rest of the year, I will loose 60 pounds this year. I'm going to work for my next five pounds in February and not worry about the rest of the year.

January started with a bang of exercise and then my feet started bothering me again...didn't do any exercise for the past two weeks. Will try again this month to walk at least 30 minutes a day five days a week.

I am eating more but still loosing weight. My daughter has decided to join in with the weight loss as well. She has made No Bake Peanut Butter Balls twice in January. They are so good. Quick energy for 84 calories each. I did find out I can't eat them in the evening though. If I do, I can't get to sleep. lol. I have been having them mid morning as a snack. 2 balls a day give me enough energy to not require a nap in the afternoon and still able to go to bed at a reasonable hour. I've been getting between 6 and 8 hours a night.

It is almost time for bed so I guess I better get ready. Will try to post more often in February.
