So, I took this quiz: Are Your Sugar Cravings Out of Control?
My results: Yes!

Why do I want to cut back on sugar?
I don't feel well.
I am no longer slowly losing weight
I am stress eating
I am not enjoying food- just consuming it
I want to be healthy and sugary foods are not sending my body in that direction.

So now...I just need to track my food this week!
