so i weighed myself today after a week of serious diet changes and gym activities and i'm only down 2lbs. Doesn't seem real with how much I weigh and what I need to lose. I am going to keep going but try something different this week. Last week I was having protein shakes for 2 meals and 2 snacks and one big meal. When i lost weight before I had actually had a healthy 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I wonder if the protein shakes are working against me. Any advice or input would be helpful. I don't want to get off track already.
