Day 18,19,20, &21- 30 Day Challenge

Wednesday brought back the 2 mile power express walk and Thursday was miles 1-3 from the 5 Mega Miles. Both days went really well and I've also added in some elliptical time as well. Friday was a rest day and I was glad. It had been a hard week at school, so it was nice to not have to be so structured. Today I did the entire 30 minute Burn and 30 minute Firm dvd. I was pretty tired by the time I finished. We went to the gun range today and after shooting about 100 rounds, my arms were pretty fatigued. That made working with weights a little harder, but I did make it through both routines.
I'm starting to think about how I am going to use these dvds after the 30 day challenge. Haven't quite figured it out yet. Would be interested to hear other people's thoughts on the subject.
