Neck – 14.25’ 13.75’
Arm – 15’ 14.5’
Chest – 42.5’ 41’
Waist – 38.5’ 37.25’
Hips – 44.25’ 43.75’
Thigh – 26.25’ 25.50’
Calf – 16.75’ 16.25’

My Waist to Hip ratio went down from .87 to .85 so I’m happy with the progress so far My starting weight was 212.2, now it’s 205.6, a difference of 6.6 lbs. I've officially lost the 20 lbs I've gained over the summer Halleluia!!! So even if you didn’t lose a lot of lbs in a month, measure yourself b/c you may be losing fat, inches and gaining muscle. Your body can change positively in just a few weeks time so know that your efforts are paying off in the long run.
