Your health is the top priority. Your body is telling you that it's time to take care of YOU now. It is okay to say 'no' to requests. When people know that you've been there in the past and helped so much with what needed to be done they will understand when you finally say 'no. Just don't let yourself feel guilty about it. You will come to love yourself enough to say NO.

Practice, practice, Practice! Stand in front of the mirror, and tell yourself every reason it now bothers you. or sit down AND DO A PRO & CONS LIST, THEN READ IT AND PRACTICE THINKING, THAT IF IT IS HURTING YOU OR TIRING YOU OUT, IT'S TIME TO STOP. YOUR HEALTH IS WO emoticon RTH IT.

I'm sorry :( It's an amazing thing you do but I can imagine taxing both emotionally and physically. It's ok to put yourself first and say no.
