Take a few minutes a day to deal with things that keep getting put off. Keep a to do list to remember what needs to be done easier.

Finish a craft project or two.

Track every B.L.T.

Continue to wear sleep machine even when it's difficult.

Keep an exercise streak.

Get enough sleep!

    You have great goals. Do you have a bipap machine for sleep apnea. I do. They said it would take about a week or 2 to get use to it. I put it on and after one night, I didn't want to take it off. Because of the MS, I was having so much trouble breathing. It's great that you're not going to forget about "you." That's so easy to do.
