2/1/14 Great start!

I do love the start of a new month! A chance to look back at how you did last month and to refocus and adjust any part of your plan. I'm in good spirits today because I am starting the month with a small weight loss (about a pound) which I'm super excited about! AND...

I just ran 9 miles on my treadmill!! That's the longest I've ever run on a treadmill, and an added bonus is that I outran it! The machine automatically cuts your workout off at 100 minutes, and my run took 108 minutes. So I think that's pretty cool (I'm sure in the future I'll think it's annoying, but I'll take the victory today haha)

I'm really getting into the Ultra training, and that means the return of long runs. But it's below freezing and snowing today. Thank the Universe my bf encouraged me to get a treadmill and even helped pay for it (since he is supposedly going to use it one day) This gives me hope that bad weather won't derail my training plan!
