Weeks 3 & 4 update

Weeks 3 &4 went great for me!!!! I did wonderful at all of my goals. Housework, mood, eating and working out. Week 3 I mainly focused on keeping my house managed and eating fruits and veggies. I did great! I even had days that were mostly vegetarian. Most days I ate anywhere from 7 to 10 servings of fruits and veggies. I felt great. I had a good with with eliminating refined sugars as well...until the weekend that is. My husband was off and we binged... I had all sorts of sugar. I felt it too. Sunday night my anxiety was SUPER high. I was worrying about unnecessary things. After some prayer time I calmed down and chilled out.
Week 4 was amazing. I felt like this past week was a turning point for me. After my experience Sunday, I realized that sugar is not worth it! I went pretty much all week with no or very little refined sugar. I only had treat one day, one day!!!! I feel so much better. I continued with the eating so many fruits and veggies. I am at a point now where it is becoming habit and I am loving it. I also ate at home most of the week. It was amazing. I only ate out two nights and one was a fairly healthy choice. The big change this week was I added in working out. I worked out 20 minutes 3 days and 10 minutes 1 day. I feel the difference and it reminded me of how good I felt when I worked out almost an hour every day this summer. I felt great this week. I plan on continuing working out. This week was a huge success!!!!
