10 pounds lighter

After a battle with the scale all week, I stepped up the cardio and officially dropped 10 pounds. I am super happy and excited!
I am celebrating the small stuff... I also beat my personal record at the gym. I have never been able to go over 20 minutes on the Stairmaster (MY favorite equipment) and I went for 30 minutes yesterday... I could have done more but I needed to lift.
