January was the first month out of the five years I've been on this site that I have hit 1000 minutes of fitness.
I'm feeling stronger, more energetic, and more hopeful than I have in a VERY long time.
And even though I had about 5 days where I led a full out assault on pantry foods (pre-wrapped, you know, not the canned veggies), I got back on track faster than usual.
No looking back or living in the past...
January is finished, and now it's on to February. I plan to make this the month where I shrink out of the jeans that have been seriously stressed against the load of weight they've been carrying around.
Best wishes to all of you this February. Let's attack each day as if it's the first day of our effort. Keep the energy and excitement alive. This is our time to get to our goals!!!
