P.A.W.S.E. BLC 24 Week 3

PLAN/PREARE
Grocery store shopping today. I have my meals planned for this work weekend. Friday I will complete week 4 of Jillian Micheals Body Revolution! So proud of myself! This is the end of phase 1 and is one of my short term goals!

SET a goal, both non-scale and scale related, for the coming week!
My scale goal is to lose 1 more pound this week! I'm taking it down a pound at a time!
NSV is to complete week 4 of JMBR on Friday, and start week 5 on Sunday. On Tuesday my plan is to double my workout, since that is LCW and also my day off.
EXECUTE!
I feel like I have everything in place for a successful week!! Let's go Tigers! emoticon
