January Goal

So I don't think I will be meeting my first goal I set, a week and a half ago when I started my plan I set the short term goal of losing the first 3 pounds by the end of the month. First weigh in is tomorrow and I don't think I will be quite there, but I am not going to let that stop me from pushing forward :) You never know, fat just may be being replaced by muscle and I won't see it on the scale at first, but I do see a difference in the way I feel and in my body. So February goal will be 4 pounds gone by the end of the month (small goal could lead to unexpected results for sure :)) I got this!
