May miss more that one workout....but will keep pushing myself
I'm going to make good choices. I am "responsible." I have control over more than I think! I'm going to exercise that power.
And this....I just love... look for the positive in anything!......
I'm back in the game. I lost 2 lbs! I was very surprised when I stepped on the scale but then I remembered all the GOOD things I was doing for myself. Why do we always focus so much on the negative?
