What can I accomplish by then?
I'd like to be at least 10 pounds lighter but sometimes I have little control over what the scale says.
My goals are: eat no more than 1500 calories per day and track all my food every day.
exercise 30 minutes per day 6 days per week.
OK, it seem I'm saying the same thing over and over again! Sorry to anyone who reads this! I seem to need to keep reminding myself.
