I can't walk, it's too cold. I can't walk, my knees hurt. I can't walk, I worked today and I'm tired. WALK ! ! I'm one of the laziest people I know. Excuses, I have a million. My feet hurt from work. My knee hurts. My butt hurts from sitting all day at the office. Hang sheetrock all day, You'll be tired and cramp up. Jeannie and I just completed 1000 days straight, 10 minutes every night, around 10:30. just walking to the store we racked up about 110 steps in 10 minutes..remember that's THE LEAST we walked..some days we walked 20 or 25 minutes. Some days longer. Knees hurting, back hurting..Heck Jeannie even had a gall bladder removed but still walked in the hospital. All it is is 10 minutes/1000 days/set it aside. it adds up to 1,100,000 steps minimum..GET IT ON ! ! ! !
