Day 19 - Tabata training

I'm taking a pass on this one. My elliptical is unavailable right now, and that's the only cardio that I do that I can really go "all out" on. I'm still coughing from a bad cold 2 months ago, and physically I'm just not ready for that kind of workout. I'm not going to check off on Day 19 till I get to the end of this challenge and see if I feel more up to it. Four minutes is not very long, but I'm still not back to the level where I can make it at all effective.

I'm sure you sharp readers noticed there was a week from one posting to another. We're in our new house for another four days before we head back home, and we've had a harder time this trip adjusting to the really frigid temperatures. Texas was at 62° when we left; it didn't got above 11° here yesterday, and we had errands to run. I'm sure that's why I'm coughing again today. Feel just fine, but my lungs feel dry and tired.
