Weeks 39 and 40...

Hi all...phew! As you could see from my last blog, I have been one busy girl...

Anyway, the last time I posted a blog about my weight was week 36 in Dec.

After everything this last few weeks, I went up to 297...

2 weeks ago I started a course that will get me back on track slowly. Each week I have goals to get me there. So far I have been mostly sticking to them...and the scale is showing it...

I am now at 296 so am coming back down...

I will continue to move forward and try and get back on track!

And hopefully start the monthly pics again!!

    Hey there...Hang in...Spring is around the corner, and hopefully will bring somewhat of a more settled life for you & yours!! You've had it rather rough....! Glad you are back on track, headed in the direction you want to. That 1st pound is a good indicator of successes to come!!

    Getting back on track is the main thing. I've been struggling with that, but am trying to make changes to make it HAPPEN! emoticon you! emoticon
