Still battling the boil. It's doing much better though and decreasing in size. I miss going to water aerobics. Since this thing is icky and could be infectious, kinda crappy to get in the pool. Even though I may have gotten it from the gym....yay...and I just got done talking about Buzz feeds rant about gym equipment is gross and full of germs you can get sick from. Yeah maybe it really is..

Now I have a cold. I ate a pint of ben and Jerry's yesterday to feel better about it. It's amazing how excited I get to eat ice cream. I think it might be one of the best things in my life. Is that bad? lol Cake is a close 2nd and then my husband is a 3rd =P jk I really do get excited about ice cream though. It feels like a drug addict brings their drugs home and they can't do anything but start using.

Sunday I did two WERQ classes back to back. In theory seemed like a good idea. Result was that I was exhausted for the rest of the day. Oh ya and I pulled a muscle 10 minutes into it to the 80's song "jump". We were jumping....a lot. Thank god there was no song in the 80's called "jumping jack".

Oooh oh i got good news. My dads last pet found his home. He's a albino red eared slider. He will be flying to Florida as soon as the temps warm up. We contacted this breeder back in October and he never got back to me. So we were thinking we would probably have to just give him away since no one around would pay what he's worth and didn't like the idea of shipping to just anyone. But the breeder specializing in these finally found my email in his spam file haha As soon the low temps here are 30 or above, he can go UPS overnight. I am getting a box today for him sent from the breeder. My mom has been taking care of him, he's the only one she took care of. She plays her drum and chants to him and he enjoys it... (the long nails means that he's a boy and he can go up to female flutter them on their cheek and woo them)

My bread of the week Maple Oatmeal bread for week 48. It's been great as toast for breakfast

In conclusion between boil, cold and pulled muscle, I am a hot mess. Today no more nursing ickyness with 1080 calories worth of chocolate ice cream. Today I mall walk and go dance off my sickyness.

I've luckily never had a boil before...I would have no idea what to do with myself. I feel you with being sick, as you know I was for awhile there. I'm on the up and up, hope you are too. Cool turtle, glad he has found a home. I'm going to try and get to the gym tonight for the first time in about a week. We'll see how it goes, easy does it. Lost another pound - down 11 from my highest. Feeling strong - yay!

I feel the same way about ice cream. I love it. All kinds. It's my comfort food. Ben and Jerry's is wonderful. Especially Cherry Garcia.

That slider is so cute!! Your dad had really cool pets.

    The bread is very pretty!!

    What a cool turtle!!! :D

I should talk to you about showing your own personal turtles to my science kids, since we are doing reptiles in a couple weeks. :)

Hang in there, you'll turn it around. You always do. Just get through the sick and then come back. I just started logging my food again yesterday and stayed under 2000 calories for the first time since Thanksgiving!!! I have a lot of work to do.
