````goal 1= drink one 16oz bottle of water a day emoticon
````goal 2= 10 min strenght 5 day/week emoticon
````goal 3=30 min cardio 5 day/week emoticon
````goal 4= do 30-60 min of yoga 3 day/week emoticon

goal weight is 115-120lbs current weight is some where around 161 lbs. I do not have a scale to check emoticon later today i am going to take my measurements and go by those for now, to track my progress emoticon
