I really didn't want to get up this morning. I was a bad. I weighed myself this morning. I gained 3.5 lbs, yet I'm exercising more and not going over my calorie count. And I'm trying really hard to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. I'm disgusted.

I went and picked my Mom up. We went for a short walk outdoors. Due to the cold, and she had no hat, we cut it short. We went to my Aunt Gail's house and chatted. Then the three of us went to Swiss Chalet for lunch and met up with Aunt Betty. We talked til just after 1 pm.

We went to Tecumseh Mall and walked around for a half hour. Mom said she was getting tired, so I took her home.

I started some herbs and vegetable plants today. Need more seeds to start a few more. Watered all of my house plants. I wish I had a garden of my own!

More exercise will be done before bed, and then rest!!!!

    Sorry the scales results were disappointing, but that's only one measure of success. Have you measured yourself? Our measurements often go down, especially with consistent exercising, even when the scale does not. Also, so important to weigh & measure food intake - it's the only way to make sure the daily calorie counts are accurate - plus write everything down. emoticon emoticon
