After much deliberation, I went and joined a gym today. I have to say I am quite excited about adding fitness with my new eating regimen. I plan on meeting with trainer on Thursday to set up my exercise routine, and get an explanation on how all the equipment works and how to get the best results for me, without killing my back. I went to a thrift shop today to hunt for workout gear. I found some awesome deals, and am now ready for my gym visit on Thursday. I bought the more expensive membership which allows me to take someone with me every time I visit at no cost to them. I am hoping to encourage my sister who is a new mother to come with me. She is able to do a lot more physical exercises than I am, but I thought this would be a great time for both of us to spend time together doing something worthwhile. I am trying to figure out my schedule for hitting the gym, but one step at a time. It only took a week to figure out my strategy for meal planning, this may take a little longer, but I am worth it.
