Blah Day

Tuesday, January 28, 2014

Well things here have been drama city. I'm trying the best I can to watch what I eat. My exercise isn't there. I know that is a BIG no-no. I can wait for this month to be over . Found out my Mom's health isn't good. She has begun having mini strokes. My Dad isn't doing well either. He still thinks he is 25 in a 67 yr old body. I know things will get better in time.Just want to pull my hair out! (wonder if I will lose much weight if I do) lol Hope you all have a Great Day! emoticon

I'm married to 68 year old who thinks he is 30 at times. I have to keep an eagle eye on him. He is in good health and strong for his age but he just doesn't realize he can have accidents that would change that. Be thankful for your parents. It is so hard getting old and one day you will realize how frustrated older people get at times. My mom went through alzheimers before she died and it is sad. Hug and kiss and love them as long as you have them in this world.

    Oh, Tinadee86,

You do have a lot going on in your life! My hubby is the same age as your dad, and he's been at death's door 3 or 4 times in the last 6 years. Thank God, he's not doing the silly things that caused him to get there and he's been increasing in his commitment to living right in his daily life, especially in the last two years.

Hang in there, girl and with God's mercy and grace, it will get better, and like your little icon says "Keep Pushing!" Even when we do little things different, it adds up.
