BTS - Vizualizations

What am I visualizing? Today? I'd like my healthy body back and get rid of this cold so I can continue with my training. I want to do ST at least four days a week plus cardio all week. The problem is I haven't had the energy. I just started adding running in again and then I got this stupid cold.
My plan is to at least walk everyday. If I'm feeling well enough I will add in some jogging on these walks. I will try for three ST sessions this week. If my energy is back then I will do more.
I will make dinner every night at home. I'm doing this to be healthy and to save money. I will try at least one new recipe this week.
I know I can master anything I do.
My attitude, my choices, my life.
I will reduce my sugar consumption.
I am getting stronger with each workout.
I believe that I have the strength to make my dream come true.
