Outlining your plan and tracking progress will really help you get to your goal.
Making these changes permanent, especially after you reach your goal will help stop the yoyo-ing.

I've been on the yoyo string all my adult life. However, SparkPeople is truly a blessing to me and I am looking to see a permanent change this time.

Best wishes on your journey! emoticon
