Today's walk was great as I again incorporated jogging into my walk. I have decided on this format - day 1 is general walking, day 2 is a long walk, day 3 is general walking, day 4 is jogging some and then repeat. This out of shape body is getting better even at 60!
I am also stealing an idea from Carrie - posting my goals daily. So here they are and today's report is tomorrow
1. 7500 steps a day
2. 2000 steps before noon
3. Follow DASH diet
4. Quilt hour a day
5. Eat a freggie with every meal/snack
