Week 1 down:
I did go down just that 1 pound. I guess a pound is good all things considering. I did not have time for to much exercise but I did make sure I got in at least 30 minutes each day. I am not making excuses but sometime life gets in the way, however I am still just looking ahead to the end result.
I can do this, positive thinking all the time!!! Let's go Bears!!!
