Week 2

Week 1 down:

I did go down just that 1 pound. I guess a pound is good all things considering. I did not have time for to much exercise but I did make sure I got in at least 30 minutes each day. I am not making excuses but sometime life gets in the way, however I am still just looking ahead to the end result. emoticon emoticon m emoticon emoticon

I can do this, positive thinking all the time!!! Let's go Bears!!!

    It's all good and considered a victory when those emoticon numbers keep going emoticon . I'd be saying emoticon if I was completing 30 fitness minutes daily right now. You just keep your eyes on your personal goals and emoticon .

    The weight is great . . . I liken it to four sticks of butter coming off the body! Nothing wrong or shabby about 30 minutes a day. We have people who are lucky to get ten minutes a day. Happy, happy!
